Returns & Exchanges

Should you find any defects in your item due to the production process, you’re more than welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. For safety reasons we prefer a simple image of defect so we can securely see the product damages. To qualify, your item should remain unused and show no signs of wear, returned in its original packaging.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we’ll drop you an email confirmation. Be sure to provide your full name, mailing address, email, order number, and a brief explanation of your return. Should you have any additional queries, please reach out to us at collectazy@collectazy.com

Please note that customized or personalized orders cannot be returned.

For a successful return or exchange, don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

When it comes to broken products, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any depreciation in value.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and processing. This email will also include whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the initial payment method within a specific timeframe.

 

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, begin by double-checking your bank account.

Then, get in touch with your credit card company, as it might take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

 

Next, contact your bank. There’s often a brief processing period before a refund is officially posted.

Shipping

 

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.
